My name is Alex Goldfarb and I am the owner and broker of Boardwalk Realty. I have been helping buyers and sellers of real estate in the Twin Cities for 10 + years. While there are many large Goliath sized brokerage firms, there are not many that cater to the needs of buyers and sellers like Boardwalk Realty. It used to be that an agent's main role was to find the right house for a perspective buyer, or the right buyer for a seller's home. Well, this still holds true, however with information being so easily available to the general public, this is less important that it used to be. Anyone who can can turn on a computer can find available homes for sale. But what next? What do you do with all of the information out there? My role as an experienced REALTOR , in my opinion, is to act as an industry consultant, disseminator of information, and advocate for the client. Anyone can open a door for you when looking at a home, though only a true professional can educate and guide you through the process of buying and selling so as to assure that your interests are front and center.

farb, the Associate Broker and co-owner of Boardwalk Realty. I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2002, and have worked extensively with buyers and sellers throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area, but specialize in South Minneapolis and the West Metro. I absolutely love the way I can best represent my clients by being a part of a small brokerage, and hope you will too. It means more personal care and attention to you as clients, and greater savings for you as buyers and sellers as well. I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute, and a Certified Buyers Representative. My role is to make your transaction as stress free and as straightforward as possible. About me personally - I am a Twin Cities native who grew up in the family business of real estate. It wasn't a lot of wheeling and dealing, it was a dedicated approach to service, to caring for the people and the homes you work with. So I am a people person, and I know what to look for, and what to avoid, when it comes to roofs, foundations, and the house in between. I live in St. Louis Park with my kids. When I'm not working I'm enjoying life with my daughters, outside being active, and cooking great food.
